How do I book a class ?

Full Circle’s reservation system is powered by MINDBODY, one of the fitness industry’s most trusted software solutions.  Here you can create a secure profile, reserve classes and purchase rides. The best and most convenient way to reserve rides and manage your account is through the MINDBODY App which may be downloaded to your smart phone, tablet or computer.  Rides may also be purchased in-studio with cash or credit card.  All new riders must complete an Agreement and Release of Liability form before their first class.  Reservations may be made up to two weeks in advance.

Do I need to get there early?

If this is your first time at Full Circle, plan to arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes before class so we can get you properly set up on the bike.  The studio opens 30 minutes before the first scheduled am and pm class times.  We will keep record of your bike settings for your convenience.  If there is another class immediately before yours, PLEASE do not enter the studio until it is over.

Is there a beginner class?

All classes are suitable for riders of all fitness levels.  Our studio is a non-intimidating, encouraging environment.  Our workouts are guided by an intensity scale, so you are always working at your own level.  YOU are in control of your own bike, and we encourage you to take a break whenever you need it.  Everyone has to start somewhere, and we are here to support, encourage, and help you along the way!  Still a little hesitant?  Come to an Open Studio session before your first (free) class.

What do I need to bring to class?

1.  Come with a great attitude and a willingness to work hard! 
2.  WATER!  It is important to stay hydrated and you will sweat! Bring a bottle or two. We have a complimentary water re-filling station.  We do not have water for purchase at this time. 
3.  Full Circle offers towel service, and of course you are always welcome to bring your own.  
4.  If you have a heart rate monitor, this is also recommended.

What should I wear?

Comfortable workout attire is best.  Avoid loose fitting bottoms as they may get caught in the bike or cause chaffing.  Dry-fit clothing is best as you will sweat.   If you tend to be easily chilled, wear an extra layer.  The AC will be on and the fans running for circulation, but you will warm up within minutes of riding.  Fresh ride attire and deodorant are appreciated by all!

Do you require special shoes?

No.  Any hard-soled sneaker will do just fine.  However, the bikes come with SPD clips for those with cycling shoes. * Cycling shoes make your workouts better and safer.  Better, because when you are “clipped in” to the pedal, you are more efficient, allowing for more powerful work and better recovery; safer, because cycling shoes have hard soles to protect your feet from getting sore and keep you more securely attached to the pedals.

* A few bikes are currently equipped to handle those with Delta LOOK cleats. Please inform your instructor in advance so they can set you up with a compatible bike.

What happens if I am late to a cycling class?

If you are not checked in at least 5 minutes before the start of class, your bike will be given away to a cyclist on the waitlist or to a walk-in. Late arrivals will not be allowed to enter an in-progress class, and will result in the loss of a credit (see Pricing & Policies for details).

What is your cancellation policy?

A cancellation may be made through your MINDBODY account.  The class must be cancelled at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled class time.  Once the bike is cancelled, the class will be returned to your package to be used at a future date (see Pricing & Policies  for details).

Does the studio have changing rooms, showers or lockers?

No. There are two bathrooms, large enough to change in.  Hooks and cubbies are available to hang or store your belongings.

Is there an age requirement to participate?

Younger (mature) riders must be at least 4’11” and at least 13 years old.  Those under age 16 must be accompanied by a participating parent/guardian.  All minors must have a parent/guardian-signed waiver to participate in class. A physical copy as well as the online waiver must be signed. Please NO unattended children in the studio. Minors under the age of 16 are NOT permitted to take a Bike & Body class.

What are the height and weight requirements to ride the bikes?

The recommended user height is between 4’11 and 6’8” 
The maximum user weight is 350 lbs.




We strongly recommend reserving a class in advance using MINDBODY.  We are happy to accept walk-ins if a bike is available.  If riders with reservations have not checked in by the scheduled class time, bikes will be released to walk-ins on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The Bikes

While you have reserved your spot in class, at this time you may not reserve a specific bike. You must be physically present to choose your bike. All bikes are first-come, first-serve. If there is an issue with a bike during class, please let the instructor know.

Late Arrivals

Classes start ON TIME!  Late arrivals can disrupt other participants.  We appreciate you choosing Full Circle Cycle Studio and want to respect the time that you have dedicated to taking care of yourself and making it to class.

Leaving Early

If you need to leave early, please let us know before class, so we know that you are okay.  You may wish to choose a bike in the back of the studio to avoid disrupting other participants.

Talk and Text

Unlike Verizon or AT&T, we limit both.  Out of respect for your fellow riders, phones should be turned to silent and chatter held to a minimum during class.

Keep it Clean

Please wipe down bikes after class and drop towels into the hamper before leaving the studio.  On the rider side, fresh ride attire and deodorant are appreciated by all!
