Schwinn A.C. Performance Plus
This bike is designed specifically for indoor cycling. Rider comfort and performance is enhanced with an adjustable seat and handlebars, and a magnetic resistance/brake system that allows for smooth, consistent control. The bikes have Double Link pedals with SPD and toe-clip combinations to accommodate both SPD cycling cleats and regular athletic shoes. ** The Schwinn MPower Echelon2 Console gives motivating rider feedback which changes the way members ride and how classes are coached, ultimately enhancing the rider experience. Watts (power), time, Kcal, Cadence (RPM), Distance, and Telemetry Heart Rate (if wearing a compatible HR chest strap such as Polar) are all measured.
** A few bikes have Triple Link pedals to accommodate those with Delta LOOK cleats.
Each class is led by a qualified indoor cycling instructor. At Full Circle Cycle Studio, we believe that a safe workout is key to an effective workout. We adhere to Industry Standards, meaning no silly stuff like pushups, squats, weights or funky dance moves on the bike. We use music, themes and various drills to make each class unique, fun, and effective. Each class is effort-based, combining sections of work based on an intensity scale of easy, moderate, hard, and breathless. This is “perceived effort” which means that YOU are always working to YOUR ability level. Thus, every class is appropriate for everyone at Full Circle, no matter your fitness level. Classes are 45 or 60 minutes long and include a warmup and a cool down with light stretching.
